Lisa Green, is a Partner of Gelman LLP.  She has over 25 years of experience working with closely held, rapidly growing companies. Lisa serves as a resource to clients in a multitude of industries with a focus in the construction industry and employee owned companies.  She helps clients navigate the ever-changing environment of financial reporting, quality and internal controls, employee benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP). She also consults with clients on various federal and state tax issues.
